Streamlined Staff Promotion Management

The Human Resource and Service Improvement Directorate, under the Office of the Head of Civil Service, Kano State, is dedicated to building a modern and result-oriented civil service that meets the demands of effective governance and quality service delivery. The Directorate serves as the engine room for capacity development, with the mandate of training and re-training civil servants to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professionalism.
